Cross Lam Tower is the tallest wood building in Europe, 12 storeys of elegant, technologically advanced architecture. The position of the mega structure is central to all the services of Jesolo Lido, even though it is only 490 meters from the seafront.
It is a quiet area, away from the transit route to reach other locations but not isolated because there are other residential buildings around. The access to the building is very impacting, with a sophisticated lighting system and a landscape rich in vegetation, designed in synergy to create striking plays of light and shade.
The housing units are built according to Urban-Bio building criteria and can be recognized by the solid construction structure made of XLAM wood.
For the interior cladding and partitions, the advanced dry processing technique is used, which, thanks to the wood fibre finishing slabs (GYPOLIGNUM by Fassa), guarantees a superior thermal, acoustic and structural performance. Great focus is paid to heat and sound insulation, implementing a rock wool cladding system that, combined with the inner lining, determines an energy class of A4 level.
All units are larger than average, with large living rooms, divisible between dining and living areas, 2 bathrooms with full-width shower, laundry/closet, double bedroom, and single bedroom with space for 2 beds on the floor.
The terraces are very spacious on the southern front, with a sea view starting from the 5th floor, and habitable terrace on the northern front and overlooking the lagoon from the 3rd floor. A significant plus is the private garages, exclusive storerooms in the basement and parking spaces outside the condominium area.
The outdoor area – one of the elements that best qualifies a constructive intervention – boasts a large infinity pool, solarium and two Jacuzzi tubs in the wellness area. To ensure greater comfort we have arranged a bathroom and a private changing area.
To complete the picture, on the first floor there i a condominium parking area with a rack for storing bicycles.
